Abstract
The “1-of-4” coding system as the means of hardware-based security of computing systems was proposed. The estimation of the coding system for power consumption, performance and taken area is carried out. The option of coding system “1-of-4” digit implementation as a common cell is considered. The methods allow accelerating the process of designing schemes on quaternary digit cells are presented.
