Emulsion Polymerization of Styrene in the Presence of C-Phenyl-N-tert-Butylnitrone

Abstract

The radical polymerization of styrene in an emulsion stabilized with an ionic surfactant, with C-phenyl-N-tert-butylnitrone as chain-terminating agent and ammonium persulfate as initiator, was studied.
