Interaction of Tri-n-butyl phosphate, water, and phosphoric acid in purification of wet-process phosphoric acid

Abstract

The material balance of water, phosphoric acid, and tri-n-butyl phosphate in the real process of purification of wet-process phosphoric acid by TBP extraction was studied. A process mechanism was suggested.
