Zusammenfassung:
Eine unsichere Terminologie, textliche Varianten und das Nebeneinander mehrerer Bilder für Jojachin erschweren die Interpretation von Jer 22,28–30. Der Artikel schlägt vor, dieses Problem durch die Emendation des ersten Wortes von V. 28, haʿæṣæb, aufzulösen. Der emendierte Text stellt ein kohärentes Orakel dar, das auf der Verknüpfung stimmiger und bekannter Konzepte beruht, die im Zusammenhang mit Konsequenzen für die fehlende Loyalität von Vasallen bekannt sind.
Abstract:
Uncertain terminology, versional differences and the juxtaposition of multiple images for Jehoiachin combine to render Jer 22:28–30 an interpretive quagmire. The article proposes to ameliorate this confusion through the emendation of the first word of v. 28, haʿæṣæb. The emended text reveals a coherent oracle, drawing on a consistent and well-established nexus of concepts associated with the consequences for vassal disloyalty.

Une terminologie incertaine, des variantes textuelles, ainsi que la juxtaposition de plusieurs images de Joachin ont complexifié l’interprétation de Jer 22,28–30. Cet article se propose de résoudre ce problème en émendant le premier mot du verset 28 haʿæṣæb. Le texte, ainsi émendé, constitue un oracle cohérent, s’appuyant, sur un enchaînement de concepts pertinents et connus, associés aux conséquences de la dénonciation du traité de vassalité.
