Abstract

This tool uses VMD as a visualization engine, but provides a simpler view of the interesting features within a molecular dynamics trajectory file. Users can choose from among a handful of views. Each view can take the user to a particular frame within the trajectory, and render that frame from a particular point of view with various options turned on.
