Gestaltungsoptionen von Intrapreneurship-Programmen

Zusammenfassung

In Zeiten steigender Komplexität und eines stetigen Wandels ist die Anpassungsfähigkeit und Weiterentwicklung von Unternehmen zu einem entscheidenden Erfolgsfaktor avanciert. Unternehmen sind daher verstärkt auf der Suche nach Vehikeln und Methoden, die es ihnen ermöglichen, auf die derzeitigen und zukünftigen Herausforderungen adäquat reagieren zu können. Intrapreneurship Programme (IP) stellen hier ein geeignetes Instrument dar, welches die Mitarbeitenden dazu befähigt, die Zukunft des Unternehmens aktiv mitzugestalten und Innovationstreiber zu sein. Bei der Ausgestaltung eines IPs gibt es jedoch zahlreiche Optionen. Ein „one-size-fits-all“-Ansatz existiert nicht, da die Ausgestaltung sich immer nach den Zielvorstellungen und Charakteristika des Unternehmens sowie der Mitarbeitenden orientiert. In diesem Beitrag werden fünf zentrale Gestaltungsoptionen (Innovationsoutput, Kundenfokus, Technologiefokus, Strategie-Fit und Funnel-Länge) sowie die damit verbundenen Fragestellungen und Interdependenzen dargestellt.
