Jean Raper describes the emergence of a new special interest group for occupational health nursing

Probably the fastest growing area of occupational health provision is in local authorities. The Royal College of Nursing (RCN) has provided a resource for : these nurses in the form of a Special Interest Group under the auspices of the Society of Occupational Health Nursing. The group has the title of Local Authority Occupational Health Nurses (LAOHN), and meets three times a year.
