    Identification of the Pathogens Causing Root Rot of Gerbera jamesonii in Yunnan

    • 摘要: 从云南非洲菊主产区表现根腐症状的非洲菊病株上分离到13个镰刀菌菌株及18个疫霉菌菌株,经形态学鉴定、鉴别寄主测定及分子鉴定,分别确定为茄病镰刀菌Fuaarium solani(Mart.)Sacc.和隐地疫霉Phytophthora cryp-togea Pethybridge&Lafferty.将茄病镰刀菌和隐地疫霉回接到健康非洲菊根部,隐地疫霉可以单独引起根腐,而茄病镰刀菌不能单独使植株表现明显发病症状.将茄病镰刀菌和隐地疫霉混合接种后,发现非洲菊根腐症状加重,且发病时间缩短.表明隐地疫霉是引起云南非洲菊根腐病的主要病原,茄病镰刀菌对非洲菊根腐病的发生起到加速发病时间和加重发病症状的作用.
