Abstract: Objective: To develop the new kind of drug-releasing system containing colloid solution of compound Radix Pulsatillae extract（CRPE） on trichomonas vaginalis and explore the inhibitory molecular mechanism of anti-trichomonas vaginalis.Methods: The colloid solution agent containing total alkaloids of Radix Pulsatillae,bombyxmoril’s compound amino acids and minerals including Cu2（OH） and borax were prepared,the death rate was determined on resistant strain with broth dilution assay.Results: The colloid solution of 1.0 g / ml and 0.1 g / ml on resistant Trichomonas vaginalis were higher than negative control respectively.Compared with the negative groups,there was statistic meaning between the two groups（P ＜ 0.01）.Conclusion: The colloid solution had a significant inhibitory effects in vitro on resistant trichomonas vaginalis.
