3D打印技术在手术治疗复杂肩胛骨骨折中的应用

Abstract: 目的探讨3D打印技术在手术治疗复杂肩胛骨骨折中的应用效果。方法纳入自2010-08—2016-06手术治疗的68例复杂肩胛骨骨折,32例采用3D打印技术辅助手术(3D打印组),36例未采用3D打印技术(常规组)。结果 3D打印组手术时间较常规组短,术中出血量及术中透视次数较常规组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3D打印组获得平均18.2个月随访,常规组获得平均25.8个月随访。所有患者骨折均愈合,骨折愈合时间平均3.5(3~6)个月。末次随访时肩关节功能:3D打印组优20例,良8例,可3例,差1例;常规组优21例,良6例,可8例,差1例;2组肩关节功能比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过3D打印技术对患者进行个体化术前准备,使复杂肩胛骨骨折术中操作更加准确、有效,可缩短手术时间、减少术中出血量及透视次数,提高围手术期的安全性。
