Abstract: ＜正＞前交叉韧带损伤是运动医学领域最常见的损伤。前交叉韧带受伤因素复杂,加之韧带位于关节腔内被滑膜包裹血供差,自愈能力也较差。前交叉韧带重建术作为当前治疗前交叉韧带损伤的金标准,但是重建后韧带的力学适应能力未能达到原有韧带水平,自体韧带存在供区并发症风险[1],异体韧带存在腱骨愈合缓慢、疾病传播及排异反应的风险[2],这些风险促使众
