以全国中医药行业高等教育"十三五"《中药学》规划教材收载的解表、清热、泻下类常用中药名称为线索,分别以中英文"药名""代谢组学"为检索词,检索2009-2019年中国知网、Pubmed数据库的相关研究文献,共检索到国内外文献895篇,并纳入单味中药研究文献70篇。对于应用代谢组学技术开展解表、清热、泻下类单味中药研究的文献进行了总结与归纳。提出单味中药代谢组学研究应在中医药理论指导下,紧密结合传统功效及应用,开展系统的实验及临床研究,并建立符合中医证候认知规律的中药表征体系,进而从分子水平上揭示中药的物质基础及作用机制,科学地表征中药"七情"单行的内涵,为中药七情配伍及经典名方用药规律研究提供借鉴。

According to the textbook of "Chinese Materia Medica" in the "13th Five-Year Plan" of Chinese medicine for higher education of Chinese medicine industry, relevant research literatures in CNKI and Pubmed databases were searched from 2009 to 2019 using "metabolomics/metabonomics" and the names of exterior-releasing herbs, heat-clearing herbs, and purgative herbs as search terms. Finally, a total of 895 references at home and abroad were found, and 70 articles related to herbal monotherapy were included. Research progress on metabolomics-based study of exterior-releasing herbs, heat-clearing herbs, and purgative herbs are comprehensively reviewed in this paper. The metabolomics study on single herb should be based on the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) theory and closely combined with the traditional efficacy and application. It is necessary to carry out systematic animal experiments and clinical studies, and establish a TCM characterization system in line with the TCM syndrome theory. Metabolomics study is conducive to reveal the therapeutic material basis and mechanism of TCM from a molecular perspective. It may help to explain the scientific basis of herbal monotherapy and provide a reference for studies on the compatibility of herbs as well as TCM formula.
