电动汽车动态无线充电系统导轨切换时的脉冲同步控制策略

摘要:

采用分段导轨控制的电动汽车动态无线充电系统在导轨切换时,会出现系统的输出功率和系统效率骤降,甚至远低于期望值,不能满足系统输出功率要求。文中通过对电动汽车导轨切换过程的暂态分析,计算导轨切换时相邻导轨线圈所在逆变电路的时钟脉冲信号同频同相和同频不同相时,输出功率的变化,得出结论:相邻导轨线圈所在逆变电路的时钟信号相位差是造成导轨切换过程中输出功率和效率骤降的原因。提出了一种电动汽车动态无线充电系统导轨切换时的脉冲同步控制策略,有效地改善了电动汽车动态无线充电系统在导轨切换时输出功率和系统效率骤降以致不能使系统正常运行的情况。最后,通过仿真和实验验证了时钟脉冲信号同步的重要性和该控制策略的有效性。

Pulse Synchronization Control Strategy for Dynamic Wireless Charging System of Electric Vehicles During Guide Rail Switching Process

Abstract:

For the dynamic wireless charging system for electric vehicle, if the segmented control of guide rails is adopted in the switching process of guide rails, the output power and efficiency of the system will drop sharply, even far below the expected value, which cannot meet the requirements of the output power of the system. Through the transient analysis of the switching process of guide rails, this paper calculates the variation of output power when the clock pulse signals of inverter circuit(where the adjacent guide rail coils are located)have the same frequency and phase difference or the same frequency with different phase differences. It is concluded that the phase difference of clock signal of inverter circuit(where the adjacent guide coils are located)is the reason for the sudden drop of output power and efficiency during the switching process of guide rails. Then, this paper proposes a pulse synchronization control strategy for dynamic wireless charging of electric vehicles during the switching process of guide rails, which effectively improves the situation that output power and efficiency drop sharply and the system cannot operate normally. Finally, the importance of synchronous clock pulse signal and the effectiveness of the control strategy are verified by simulation and experiment.
