Albeit everyone is rushing to embrace it, its references lack sufficient information for enterprises to consult on. With the result of this research, we hope to provide the know-how knowledge to companies planning to launch projects based on cloud computing, about how to minimize the chances of failure and reduce the expenditure of resource cost. The main structure of this research is founded on the qualitative research. The expert interview questionnaire is designed and applied in the interviews conducted with the companies that have already been developing cloud computing. The survey data is being summarized and combined with both cases at home and abroad and also results generalized from secondary data. From the six main aspects of enterprise functions, production planning, marketing management, human resource management, R&D management, financial management and information management, all these data will be analyzed, categorized and sorted to formulate questions and thus obtain the conclusion of this research. This research found that it is both crucial and necessary for company leaders to support and recognize this concept in order to develop a successful cloud computing. It also reveals a shortcut that can lead to success fast and easy. That is to adopt the original service architecture of the corporations to develop cloud computing. Corporations will invest more in the financial and human capital, the two major resources when developing cloud computing. It will be more helpful to develop cloud computing, if the enterprises possess positive and good organization culture. When enterprises devise short term development strategy, we suggest them to develop Iaas and Paas related application services which are more likely to generate profits for the companies. However, as for the long term development strategy, developing innovative application services like Saas will let corporations have greater chances to maintain a persistent market standing. While developing, enterprises must listen to the customers, adjust the development pace based on customers’ feedback and devise strategy founded on the needs of the clients. If corporations are to emphasis on the factors acquired from this research, even in a volatile market, they definitely will have opportunity to be the first to gain the development advantage.
