利用醫療系統App協助治療師指派復健儀器之功能探討

摘要


隨著手持式智慧型裝置的發展,搭配日趨成熟的行動軟體技術,使得行動技術的應用更具多元化;根據目前行動軟體市場所發佈的應用軟體,除了個人的遊戲娛樂與資料查詢功能外,許多產業也紛紛利用這些行動技術來提升服務品質與競爭優勢。 本研究以某家醫院復健部門為研究對象,針對研究對象之現行工作流程來探討如何應用行動技術建立一套醫療資訊系統;主要系統的使用者是復健部門的物理治療師,全文以治療師做為簡稱;治療師為病患提供復健治療之前,必須先確認病患的治療卡資訊,然後根據現場復健儀器的使用狀況來決定病患要使用的儀器;因此在眾多的病患、有限的儀器與治療師的情況下,治療師在現行流程中使用紙本表格記錄儀器的使用順序,這樣一來治療師便可以掌握現場儀器的使用狀況,來為病患提供復健治療的服務;因此本研究主要探討如何利用現行技術來設計一套具備儀器指派功能的系統來協助治療師之工作流程。 最後本研究以Android、SQL與ASP.Net搭配Visual Basic等技術,再利用主從式架構與模組化的概念,建置一套具有指派儀器功能的醫療系統來協助治療師進行復健儀器的指派;以這些技術與架構的應用,行動技術的應用將會變得更加廣泛與強大。

With the Tablet and smart phone development, the development of mobile applications (mobile Apps) has become more desirable and diversified in users’ perspective. In this study, an Android Apps was developed for an outpatient physical therapy clinic. The purpose of this handheld healthcare information system is to record medical processes and patient appointment. Our research starts with a special mobile App developed for the physical therapy room to assist therapists in an outpatient rehabilitation clinic at one medical center in New Taipei City. Currently, only paper-based system is available to keep records on patients’ appointments and treatment history. With the proposed system, therapists are able to query patients’ treatment histories in a timely manner. Whenever a patient arrives, the system would try to assign this person to rehabilitation equipment that is required by this patient’s treatment plan with shortest waiting list as the capacity is allowed. It is also possible to let therapists to fine tune the assignment and reallocate equipment as needed. Later, different scenarios are used to demonstrate the use of this Android App and the interaction between system and the therapist. The major benefits for using this system includes: (1) the ability to assist therapists to find an efficient way to allocate resources to patients, and (2) the ability to display an overview on total arrived patients and the dynamic of waiting lists for treatment resources.
