摘要 本研究旨在探究桃園縣中輟復學生資源式中途班實施滿意度與學校生活適應之關係,係以桃園縣內設有資源式中途班之中輟復學生為其問卷調查普查之對象,依據本研究目的與研究問題,運用電腦統計軟體予以資料的處理及分析,藉以回應本研究目的與問題,並以文獻有關的研究進行討論;並對資源式中途班導師及承辦組長做半結構式訪談,以做出本研究之結論與建議,並為相關之教育行政機關、學校校長、總務主任及日後研究者之參考依據。 本研究採問卷調查法,針對桃園縣73位安置於資源式中途班之中輟復學生進行全面普查,共發出73份,回收72份,回收率為98.6%,而有效問卷為72份。依此進行統計分析,其研究結果如下: 一、 中輟復學生在資源式中途班滿意度的感受程度屬較為滿意的程度,其中以技藝訓練之滿意度為最高。 二、 中輟復學生在學校生活適應的適應程度屬中等適應程度,其中以同儕關係與自我接納方面之適應程度為較高。 三、 在不同性別、年級、家人居住狀況、家庭排行、中輟次數、中輟原因等背景因素下,其資源式中途班之滿意度的整體感受並未有顯著的差異情形。 四、 在不同性別、年級、家人居住狀況、家庭排行、中輟原因等背景因素下,中輟復學生其學校生活適應的整體適應情形並未有顯著的差異情形;唯不同中輟次數之中途班學生,其學校生活適應情況有顯著差異,從未中輟的學生其適應情形較中輟兩次者為高。 五、 桃園縣中輟復學生的資源式中途班實施滿意度與學校生活適應彼此之間,無顯著的相關存在。 六、 辦理資源式中途班的宗旨均是為了降低中輟人數,提供在校內的中介教育安置場所,也進一步安置中輟之虞的學生給予順利完成學業的誘因。 最後,依據研究結果做出結論,並對教育行政機關、學校校長、總務主任及未來之研究提出建議。
Abstract The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between the satisfaction degree of reentry in midway-resources-classes and school adaptation in Taoyuan County. The study was conducted by means of questionnaire surveys. The participants were all the reentry of midway-resources-classes in Taoyuan County. Among the 73 mailed questionnaires, 72 were valid. The statistical procedures used in this research were mean, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and Canonical correlation. 1. The satisfaction of reentry in midway-resources-classes is pretty high.Among all the aspects, “technical training” is the highest. 2. The adaptability of reentry students in school life is in the intermediate level. Among all the aspects, “peer relationship” and “self acceptance” are the highest. 3. For the satisfaction of midway-resources-classes, there was no significant difference between groups in different genders, grades, the living condition with their family, the ranking of all siblings, times of drop out, reasons of discontinuing schooling and other backgrounds. 4. For the adaptability of reentry in school life, there was no significant difference between groups in different genders, grades, the living condition with their family, the ranking of all siblings, reasons of discontinuing schooling and other backgrounds. However, different times of dropout have different research results. The students who have never dropped out of school have higher suitability in school life than the students who have dropped out twice. 5. There was no obvious correlation between the satisfaction degree of reentry students in midway-resources-classes and school adaptation in Taoyuan County. 6. The aim of conducting midway-resources-class is to decrease the numbers of dropouts and provide the place for alternative education. Furthermore, it also be an incentive for settling down reentry to finish their school work smoothly. Finally, according to the findings above, suggestions are offered to the educational administrations , school principals, directors of general affairs, and future researchers.
