智慧型手機在目前全球市場上蓬勃發展,帶動整體手機銷售成長,具有強勁的成長能力。智慧型手機推出後也改變消費者的使用習慣、提供強大的產品功能和對產業產生重大影響。故本研究探討智慧型手機之形成與演進之軌跡,並驗證理論與實際現象之間是與具有一致性。 本研究以創新科技類型和科技循環模型為探討之理論,並以歷史研究法和個案研究法為研究方法。經由研究結果得到智慧型手機之形成與演進之軌跡,並與理論進行驗證。經由驗證結果得到兩項結論,其一,在智慧型手機發展中,市場會逐漸產生重要產品設計,產品設計可組成一產品設計集合,由此一集合組成智慧型手機,在符合條件下,此產品集合成為主流設計,因此主流設計應為架構層級;其二,以作業系統為觀察之產品設計,參考智慧型手機之市占率,經由邏輯地推斷後得知智慧型手機目前尚未形成主流設計。
Smartphone is booming in the global market. It not only raises the sales growth of whole cellphone, but also have great growth ability. The introduction of smartphone also changes the user’ using habits, provides powerful product functions and influences the industry significantly. As a result, this research discusses the trajectory of the formation and evolution of smartphone, and test if there is consistency between the theory and reality. This research discusses the type of innovative technology and technology cycle model for theory review. Besides, this research adopts the historical research and case study for research method. From the research result, this research obtains the trajectory of the formation and evolution of smartphone, and then compared with the theory, see if the consistency exists. This research obtains two conclusions from the test result. First of all, from the development process of smartphone, the product designs generate individually and gradually. Than these designs can form a set of designs which can form a smartphone. When the smartphone with the set of designs satisfy the condition, the set of designs become dominant design. Therefore, dominant design should be the architecture level. The second, this research take the operating systems for observation object and refer the market share, through the logically inference, this research result shows that the dominant design haven’t emerge.
