The goal of this study is to investigate the learning motivation and learning satisfaction on the visual art curriculum of Junior high school students. The research findings will be given to the authorities for future visual art curriculum development and improvement. The research methods include questionnaires and the preparation of " The survey of learning motivation and learning satisfaction on the visual art curriculum of Junior high school students" for public junior high school students in Hsinchu city." Statistical analysis methods for processing questionnaires include descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA (analysis of variance). The findings of this study are as follows: 1.Learning motivation of junior high school students who have highest scores in “interest of learning”;who have lowest scores in “achievement motivation”. 2.Learning satisfaction of junior high school students who have highest scores in “relationships”;who have lowest scores in “course content”. 3.The learning motivation junior high school students in the visual arts curriculum is affected by specific background variables. 4.The learning satisfaction of junior high school students in the visual arts course is affected by specific background variables. 5.The learning motivation and learning satisfaction of junior high school students in the visual arts curriculum are significantly related.
