近年來護理人力留任意願的問題是各醫療院所目前需面臨的問題。本研究探討領導效能、角色壓力、人力資源管理實務、留任意願之關連性,於103年2/10~3/15這段期間發放研究問卷。本研究針對中南部護理人員進行調查,運用李克特(Likert)六點量表分析受訪人員對問卷題項之認同程度,並以SPS18.0統計軟體,執行敘述性統計、因素及回歸分析等分析,共收集有效樣本229位。研究結果發現:(1)領導效能與留任意願有正向影響、(2)角色壓力與留任意願有正向影響;(3)人力資源管理實務對於角色壓力與留任意願的關係具有顯著的干擾效果。本研究之研究結果可作為護理人員留任研究之參考依據。
In recent years nurses’ retention is the main problem in every medical hospital. Therefore this study is to investigate the leadership effectiveness, role stress, human resourse managerment practice, retaining retention during Feb 10 to March 15 on year 2014. This study use Likert six point scale to interview the nurses’ in south and middle region. This study use SPSS18.0 to execute descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and regression analysis, the total sample is 229. The result is (1) leadership effectiveness and retaining intention is positively influenced, (2) role stress and retaining retention is positively influenced, (3) the moderating effect of HRM practices are significated . The study can be the reference for nurses’ retain retention research.
