Since Stufflebeam submitted a Cambridge International Primary Programme (CIPP) model, some revised or supplementary articles presented up till today have made contributions to our practical work, and elicited new concerns. At the same time, Stufflebeam's evaluation model development in the process has enabled us to attain greater recognition within this field. This study is based on Stufflebeam's claim in the CIPP evaluation model, with four types of evaluative detailed content. He made relevant modifications to the CIPP evaluation model in 1985, after his book on the CIPP model was published in 1971. In 2000, he again offered a rather thorough complement and interpretation. In addition, he made another amendment in some perspectives, technology, and additional charts, in 2003, and presented a number of discussions on differences and adjustments of contexts to a more far-reaching level, with the expectation of comprehending the entire CIPP model concept and its developmental history.
