摘要
治療頸動脈狹窄的手術方式目前包括carotid endarterectomy(CEA)及carotid artery stenting(CAS)。兩者方式各有其優勢的地方，所適合的病患也不儘相同。因此，在不同的條件之下應該選用何種方式，還有手術介入的時間點也都是目前頸動脈狹窄治療方針需要進一步討論的地方。
