Kaohsiung County is the major output region of Lychee with highly value and potential. The Lychee price changed significantly in extremely short production period. The results of the research were as below: 1. To understanding the general situation of Lychee production and marketing in Kaohsiung County. 2. To find out the critical factors of Lychee production and marketing teams in using AHP method. 3. Give strategies suggestion to production, marketing teams and Agricultural Departments. This research generalizes the conducting features of production and marketing teams through historical references and establishes its Hierarchy framework by Delphi Method. Furthermore, the critical success factors of Lychee production and marketing teams could be extracted by Analytic Hierarchy Process. According to the result of research that managementis the most important factor in production and marketing teams of Kaohsiung County. 1. To write a complete and perfect co-operating planning. 2. To set up a comprehensive operating organization. 3. To rise up the operating profit. These different aspects had critical effects in Luchee production and marketing teams at present.
