不同伸展模式對跆拳道踢擊運動表現之影響

摘要


本研究目的在探討不同伸展模式對跆拳道踢擊動作表現之影響。受試者為陸軍官校9名具有跆拳道黑帶初段以上男性學生。本研究採重複測量(repeated measure)設計,受試者先實施6分鐘慢跑熱身及2分鐘關節活動,分別操作不同的伸展模式後(無伸展、靜態伸展及動態伸展),進行旋踢及滑步旋踢動作測試。踢擊時間、標準化平均肌電振幅(%MVC)等數據以SPSS for Windows18.0 版統計軟體處理,進行獨立樣本T檢定與單因子變異數分析,若達顯著水準 p<.05,再以LSD進行事後比較。研究結果發現旋踢啟動階段與整體動作時間,動態伸展顯著優於靜態伸展。滑步旋踢啟動階段時間,動態伸展顯著優於靜態伸展。另外在標準化平均肌電振福(%MVC)表現部分,旋踢啟動階段,靜態伸展的股二頭肌顯著優於動態伸展及無伸展模式;靜態伸展的腓腸肌內側顯著優於動態伸展模式;靜態伸展的腓腸肌外側顯著優於無伸展模式。旋踢踢擊階段,動態伸展的股直肌顯著優於無伸展模式。旋踢整體動作,動態伸展及靜態伸展的股直肌顯著優於無伸展模式;靜態伸展的腓腸肌外側顯著優於動態伸展及無伸展模式。滑步旋踢啟動階段,動態伸展的股直肌顯著優於靜態伸展及無伸展模式。滑步旋踢踢擊階段,動態伸展的半腱肌顯著優於靜態伸展模式。滑步旋踢整體動作,動態伸展的股直肌顯著優於靜態伸展及無伸展模式;動態伸展的半腱肌顯著優於靜態伸展。

The purpose of this research is to explore the impact of different stretching modes on the kick action in Taekwondo. The research participants were nine male students with black belt level one from the R.O.C. Military Academy. The repeated measure design was adopted in this research. The participants first underwent a 6-minute jogging warm-up and a 2-minute joint exercise. After performing different stretching modes (non-stretching, static stretching, and dynamic stretching), roundhouse kick and slide roundhouse kick movement testing. The kick time, average of EMG amplitude (%MVC), and other data were processed using the SPSS for Windows 18.0 Version software. Independent sample t test and one-way ANOVA were carried out. If the significant standard of p<.0.5 was reached, the LSD was conducted for post hoc comparisons. Findings show that in the roundhouse kick start stage and in terms of the overall movement time, dynamic stretching was significantly superior to dynamic stretching; in the slide roundhouse kick start time stage, dynamic stretching was significantly superior to static stretching. In addition, in the part of average of EMG amplitude (%MVC) performance, in the roundhouse kick start stage, the biceps in dynamic stretching was significantly superior to that of dynamic stretching and non-stretching modes; the medial gastrocnemius in static stretching was significantly superior to that of the non-stretching mode; the lateral gastrocnemius in static stretching was significantly superior to that of the non-stretching mode. In the roundhouse kick stage, the rectus femoris in dynamic stretching was superior to that of the non-stretching mode. In the overall roundhouse kick movement, the rectus femoris was significantly superior to that of the non-stretching mode. In static stretching, the lateral gastrocnemius was superior to that of the dynamic stretching and non-stretching modes. In the slide roundhouse kick start stage, the rectus femoris in dynamic stretching was significantly superior to that of static stretching and without stretching modes. In the slide and roundhouse kick stage, the semitendinosus was significantly superior to that of the static stretching mode. As for the overall slide roundhouse kick movement, the rectus femoris in dynamic stretching was significantly superior to that of the static stretching and non-stretching modes; the semitendinosus in dynamic stretching was significantly superior to that of static stretching.
