創新電動輪椅之動力輪馬達最佳設計分析

摘要


本論文研究目的為了研發創新的手輪馬達動力輪,並將其應用至電動輪椅上。不同於傳統的電動輪椅是利用高轉速的馬達搭配減速機構,手輪馬達是將輪椅上的手扶圈,設計成手輪馬達,這樣馬達在驅動的時候就不需要經過減速機構,可以提高馬達效率,並增加利用空間,重量也大幅降低。整圈的手輪馬達結構包覆在手扶圈中,還可以達到防水防塵的效果。而且施力半徑大,可以讓手動驅動時的身心障礙者不至於太費力。電動驅動和傳統輪椅相比也有高力矩與高力矩密度的優點。 本論文先對電動輪椅的行駛條件做性能估測,決定馬達的性能規格。利用此規格去選擇合適的齒極比,再建立磁路模型,接著將馬達做靈敏度分析,把得到的結果再進行最佳化模擬,最後用有限元素分析軟體進行驗證,修改磁鐵形狀來降低力矩漣波,另外也調整馬達參數來達到馬達在規格內減重的效果。手輪馬達的分析結果力矩為35.6Nm、最高轉速100rpm、力矩密度8.28Nm/kg,達到原本的設計目標。 手輪馬達動力輪也整合為一模組化系統,將周邊零件,像磷酸鋰鐵電池、煞車系統、馬達驅動控制器整合在輪子內,進而完成一動力輪的概念。使用者只須要將兩顆動力輪與方向控制器裝在輪椅車架上,就可以自由切換手動或自動模式。 整合成新型手輪馬達動力輪電動輪椅後,整車重約傳統輪椅的一半,輕量化的車體,兼具摺疊功能,可以收納在汽車中,延伸使用者的活動空間。

This thesis proposes the design of a novel power wheel with rim motor for an electric wheelchair. The novel electric wheelchair changes the driving structure of the traditional electric wheelchair equipped with reduction gears to one that is direct-driven by two rim motors. This design also provides the advantages of lower weight and more space. Full circle structure with good properties for damp-proof and dustproof .Long torque arm is supplied in hand-driven mode and high torque and torque density are supplied in the motor-driven mode. First of all, determination of the torque, speed and power based on dynamic evaluation. Secondly, Deciding proper tooth/pole combination, the magnetic circuit model is constructed. And then, the sensitivity analysis and optimal search method would be used. Finally, the optimal results would be demonstrated by the Finite Element Analysis (FEA). The magnet is modified to reduce the torque ripple. Some parameters of motor are adjusted to reduce the motor weight,and the performance of rim motor is achieved. The maximum torque is 35.6Nm, the maximum speed is 100 rpm, and torque density is 8.28Nm/kg. The power wheels with rim motor is integrated with lithium iron phosphate battery, brake system, and control as a compact assembly on wheelchair. This power wheel can be directly installed on commercial wheelchair frame and may become a new health and care product on the market. Both manual and power driving modes can be switched by users. After integrating to a new type electric wheelchair with rim motor, the total weight of wheelchair will only be half from the traditional one. This new type wheelchair can also bring users lots of advantages and conveniences to go further: Lightweight of the wheelchair, having folding function which can be accepted to put into a car easily.
