臺灣都市計畫制度及其實踐挑戰特刊序：後工業化台灣都市計畫制度的再結構－都市計畫法制及其挑戰

作為本專刊的序言，本文除了介紹本專刊論文重點與發現外，對於後工業化台灣都市計畫制度發展也有相當的討論說明。本文重點一方面分析後工業化台灣城市的發展背景、特徵，另方面也對於過去都市計畫法制的實踐課題以及未來在政策制度應調整的政策理念方向也作了補述，強調未來都市計畫制度與實踐的轉型，應從過去量的擴充轉向質的提升為其重點。

Regarding the introduction of this special issue, the article summarizes highlights of this special issue and investigates the institutional future of urban planning in post-industrial Taiwan. On the one hand, the study explores the development contexts and features of post-industrial city in Taiwan; on the other hand, the practical challenges and connected institutional modifications are also discussed for the transition of the future urban planning institution and practice from current emphasis on the quantity growth towards quality upgrade.
