THE COST OF JUSTICE, IN THE LIGHT OF MODERN MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES AND BEHAVIORAL ANALYSIS OF LAW

The State must be efficient in all forms of public services, seeking to better serve the population and demonstrating how public resources are being used. Thus, this material presents a reflection on the current system of legal costs and brings a new approach to the judicial fees, in a way that does not cause financial loss to the State, increase investments in the infrastructure of the Judiciary, and, consequently, improve the delivery of this important service. We argue through the deductive methodology that the proposal of this new model is feasible and provides benefits to the Brazilian legal system.
