THE BRAZILIAN PARTY POLITICAL CRISIS: THE END OF THE COLLABORATIONS FOR PROPORTIONAL ELECTIONS, ADOPTION OF THE BARRIER CLAUSE AND THE ELIMINATION OF PROVISIONAL COMMITTEES, SUGGESTIONS FOR TRUE POLITICAL REFORM IN BRAZIL

The Brazilian political framework needs urgent changes. The possibility of granting public "sponsorship" made by the party fund, without any specific rule of destination of these public resources, is open to question. In the same scenario the "electoral coalitions" end up creating an esdrúxula situation in the elect. The multiparty system was totally distorted by the indiscriminate creation of political parties. The parties began to constitute a patrimony of a certain politician. This seizure is possible only in view of the presence in the electoral system of "provisional commissions" that represent the most backward in the Brazilian political system.
