Conographer_v_1_3

Conographer is an image processing tool designed as a plugin/macro for Fiji/ImageJ. When presented with high-contrast images of neuronal cultures stained with morphological markers, such as Tuj1 or Phalloidin, Congrapher can automatically detect growth cones in these cultures to a similar degree as humans. Susequently, Conographer measures 10 parameters of growth cone morphology, and exports them to an Excel file, which can be subsequently used to interrogate treatments that may have been applied to the experimental dataset.
