Abstract: The distance measurement system based on binocular stereo vision is proposed. The binocular vision model is established,Matlab toolbox is used to calibrate and obtain the internal and external parameters of the binocular camera. Then stereo rectification and stereo matching are carried out with OpenCV. Finally, the depth information is obtained by the parallax measurement of image pairs, and the distance between any two points can be calculated. The simulation experiments have been done and the results demonstrated that the measuring method is feasible.
