Sažetak
Ovaj rad prikazuje primenu 'Lean Six Sigma' metode u procesu obrazovanja. Nakon definisanja nedostataka koje imaju negativan uticaj na kvalitet visokog obrazovanja i načina kako se ovi nedostaci mogu otkloniti, sprovodi se Pareto analiza kako bi se utvrdila vitalna manjina predmeta (ispita) kritičnih za proces ocenjivanja na fakultetu, odnosno broja položenih ispita. Sledeći korak je analiza Statističke Kontrole Procesa (SPC) u koju su uključeni predmeti koji su Pareto analizom klasifikovani kao vitalna manjina. 'Ishikawa' dijagram pokazuje odnos između razmatrane posledice (mali broj položenih ispita) i svih faktora koji utiču na ovu posledicu. Na osnovu rezultata primene 'Lean Six Sigma' metode u procesu obrazovanja i implementacije svih predloženih poboljšanja, dat je komparativni prikaz Pareto analiza za akademsku godinu 2009/2010 i 2012/2013 na Mašinskom fakultetu Univerziteta u Nišu.
