학교부적응 청소년의 원가족 자아분화가 행복감에 미치는 영향 -정서지능의 매개효과-

본 연구의 목적은 학교부적응 청소년의 원가족 자아분화가 학교행복감에 미치는 영향에 있어 정서지능의 매개효과를 파악하는 데 있다. 연구대상은 U시 N구에 소재한 상담센터의 학교부적응 청소년 116명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석방법은 R 프로그램을 이용하여 요인분석과 신뢰도검증, 빈도분석, 기술통계와 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 통한 3단계 매개효과 분석과 Sobel 검정을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 원가족 자아분화의 하위요인 중 가족퇴행 및 가족투사는 학교행복감에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 원가족 자아분화가 학교행복감에 미치는 영향에 대하여 정서지능의 부분매개효과가 확인되었다. 이는 학교부적응 청소년의 원가족 자아분화와 정서지능이 높을수록 학교행복감이 높아진다는 것을 의미하는 것이다. 이러한 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 학교행복감을 높일 수 있는 방안은 원가족 자아분화와 정서지능이 중요한 요인으로 밝혀졌으며, 원가족 자아분화의 개선을 위해 위기청소년의 심리적 특성을 반영한 체계적이고 전문화된 상담서비스의 개입이 필요하다. 따라서 학교부적응 청소년의 학교행복감을 향상시키기 위해서는 원가족 자아분화와 정서지능의 강화가 필요하며 이를 위해 가족퇴행 및 가족투사에 대한 다양한 개선전략의 마련 및 정서지능을 높일 수 있는 교육프로그램 등의 지원과 활성화가 요구된다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of emotional intelligence on the influence of the family-of-origin self-differentiation on school happiness of school-maladjusted adolescents. Subjects included 116 school-maladjusted adolescents from counseling centers in U city. Using R program for statistical analysis method, factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, three-step mediation regression analysis, and the Sobel test were conducted. Results showed that both family regression and family projection of family-of-origin self-differentiation have statistically significant effects on school happiness. Secondly, a partial mediating effect of emotional intelligence was confirmed in the effect of the family-of-origin family self-differentiation on school happiness. This means that the higher the family-of-origin self-differentiation and emotional intelligence of school maladjusted adolescents, the higher the sense of school happiness. Taking these results together, the family-of-origin self-differentiation and emotional intelligence were found to be potential factors that can increase school happiness. Therefore, in order to improve school-maladjusted adolescents’ sense of school happiness, it is recommended to increase the levels of family-of-origin self-differentiation and emotional intelligence by devising and utilizing systematic counseling services for family regression and family projection, as well as educational programs for emotional intelligence.
