Abstract:		 Allen Archaeology Limited was commissioned by For-Ward Planning Consultancy Ltd to undertake an archaeological watching brief during groundworks for redevelopment of a plot of land off Albert Street to build a new residential development. Two undated quarry pits, cut by the foundations of a late 19th century brick structure, were the only features of archaeological significance identified.
