The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 Features were identified and excavated in four of the five evaluation trenches. Two small ditches were identified. Though no finds were encountered, it was likely that they represented post-medieval agricultural drainage or boundary features. Roman pottery was recovered from all the features exposed in the two trenches excavated in the south eastern part of the site. The only significant relationship on the site was a small pit cutting an earlier ditch. Two additional trenches were cut to try to follow the ditch. A large gravel or sand quarry was also uncovered.
