Description
The purpose of the study is to reveal the features of the social effect of the project, which was based on the implementation of a model of psychological and pedagogical support for employees of social institutions in Moscow. The article discusses the conditions for the implementation of resources for a positive impact on the personal and professional characteristics of teachers in social institutions. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the identification of modem approaches to working with children with mental and other disabilities and their families. As a result it was revealed that the professional activity of employees of social institutions involves not only the development of knowledge and skills in the field of developmental care, physical rehabilitation, overcoming attachment disorders, but also a high level of mastering the skills of using a variety of didactic forms and technologies; involvement in the development of knowledge through the use of various learning formats, including distance teaming.
