Description
-The folders contain matlab (*.m) and python (*.py) scripts for analysing data.
-The '*.mat' files are matlab matrices.
The Matlab codes run on any version that supports matlab 2021 builds, while the python codes run on v3.9.4 packages.
The folder contains subfolders with code for analysing the stokes parameters and extracting the basis independent vector quality factor (see "Stokes Analysis"), the turbulence holograms (stored as matrices), used for the communication channel ('Turbulence channel'), the "Zernike Phase minimisation" procedure for finding the correction of the phase perturbation, VQF calculation script for computing the vector quality factor for the basis dependent approach ("VQF calculation") and the code for plotting the Bloch Spheres.
