Personal Efficiency of Teachers in the Context Of The Humanist Education Of Students

The article represents a theoretical-applied study, which reveals the essence and content of the personal efficiency/self-efficacy of teachers in the context of the humanist education of students. The authors also present the results of a study based on an experimental sample of teachers and high-school students, which examined their understanding of the self-efficacy of teachers and detected the difficulties impeding the development of this professional quality. An exploration of the epistemological axis allowed the researchers to scientifically substantiate and to elaborate the praxiological axis, concentrated in a defined pedagogical tool: Support for the Identification and Evaluation of a Teacher’s Self-Efficacy Qualities in the Context of the Humanist Education of Students.
