ASAP2 alpha release - multiple scripts

Description

This version of ASAP2 is implemented as a series of separate Ruby scripts and TNT analyses. Future releases aim to incorporate ASAP2's functionality into a single user-friendly Ruby application, with interactive menus and support for multiple analyses existing in a data/ directory.

Progress on this rewrite can be followed on the 'refactor' branch of the code repository.
