대학생들의 개인 배경변인에 따른 핵심역량 차이분석: K-CESA 진단 결과를 중심으로

Analysis of the difference of core competence according to personal background variables of college students: focusing on K-CESA result

본 연구는 대학생 핵심역량 진단(K-CESA)에 2016년 한해동안 진단에 참여한 학생들 중 설문조사에 참여한 14,857명의 학생들을 대상으로 분석하였다. 대학생의 핵심역량에 미치는 개인적인 배경요인과 소속된 대학의 배경요인들을 횡단적으로 분석하여 현황을 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 세부적인 목적은 첫째, 대학생의 핵심역량은 개인변인(성별, 학년, 계열, 출신고등학교, 출신고등학교 소재지, 군필여부, 대학 입학 전형 방법, 졸업 후 진로계획, 직전 학기 전 과목 성적 평균, 가정 경제 사정, 학비 조달 방법)들에 따라 차이가 있는지 확인한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 연구결과를 근거로 대학생의 핵심역량에 대해 논의하였다.

This study analyzed 14,857 students who participated in the questionnaire survey among students who participated in K-CESA during 2016. The purpose of this study was to analyze the background factors of university students core competencies and the background factors of their colleges. The purpose of this study is as follows: First, the core competencies of college students are individual variables (gender, grade, department, types of high school, high school place, types of university, university admission method, post - graduation career plan, Home economics, and funding methods). Based on the results of this study, we discussed the core competencies of university student.
