This study performed the research on supervisor support factors influencing employees’ job satisfaction, job commitment and customer relationship with the aim of providing basic data required for efficient management of a ski resort. The objective of this study is to present the research result as the ultimate basic data required for resort management, not to mention employees’ smooth company life. To this end, the study set 293 people as the research subject, and with focus on these samples, ocnducted frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability and correlation through SPSS 20.0 program. It also conducted simple regression analysis for a hypothesis test, finally deducting the results as follows: First, the research results showed that supervisor support of ski resort employees had a positive influence on job satisfaction. Second, it was found that supervisor support had a positive influence on employees’ job commitment. Third, supervisor support was found to have a positive influence on employees’ customer relationshpis. What was learned through the research results is that significant influential relationship between ski resort employees’ job satisfaction, job commitment and customer relations is established through supervisor support. Such a finding is judged to be a vital material in presenting the direction of future ski resort management. In addition, this study was able to perceive that it’s possible to inspire a positive mind into employees through supervisor support and to confirm that there is the necessity of organic communication between a subordinate and a supervisor rather than a top-down structure, i.e. a method of issuing orders to subordinates from a supervisor unilaterally like the past.
