본 연구에서는 온라인 교육 콘텐츠를 활용한 성인 발레 학습의 특성을 내러티브 탐구의 방식으로 안드라고지의 측면에서 논하였다. 본문에서 경험이 풍부한 성인 발레학습자는 자율성을 기반으로 다양한 교육콘텐츠를 적극적으로 활용하여 학습을 설계하고 실행하여 자기 주도적인 학습 능력을 개발할 수 있었고, 학습 시 이미지를 활용한 경험과 학습의 맥락 화를 통하여 학습의 이해도를 높이고 흥미를 유지할 수 있었으며, 심상을 활용한 소매틱 학습을 통해 발레 학습의 효과를 높이는 한편 배움에 의미를 부여하고 서사를 구성하여 학습의 영역을 확장할 수 있었다. 그러므로 온라인을 포함한 성인 발레 교육 현장에서는 이 같은 성인 발레학습자의 학습 과정과 특성을 고려한 교육과정의 개발을 시도할 수 있다.

In this study, the characteristics of adult ballet learning using online educational content were discussed in terms of andragogy through narrative inquiry. In the text, experienced adult ballet learners were able to develop self-directed learning abilities by actively using various educational contents based on autonomy to design and implement learning, and contextualized learning and experiences using images when learning. Through this, it was possible to increase understanding of learning and maintain interest, and to increase the effectiveness of ballet learning through somatic learning using imagery, and to expand the area of learning by giving meaning to learning and composing a narrative. Therefore, adult ballet education sites, including online, can attempt to develop a curriculum that takes into account the learning process and characteristics of adult ballet learners.
