ABSTRACT
Drawing on discussions from the panels of the Association of Social Anthropologists of the UK 2019 conference at the University of East Anglia, this collection offers a snapshot of anthropological perspectives on global challenges. Whilst neither the conference nor this volume could hope to represent the full scope and diversity of those perspectives – there are many anthropologies and many disciplinary perspectives – they do show that there is nothing global about the ‘global challenges’ at all.
