ABSTRACT

This chapter charts how the International School of Uganda embarked on a journey to make a learning support model more inclusive. The chapter shares insights into how a school might develop an action plan to help them implement inclusion or any new innovation. Our journey recognizes the guidance that eminent authors and coaches can provide as well as giving a road map for how one school enacted change within their context. The chapter concludes with hopes and dreams for the future of learning and some what if statements that might guide schools to consider their own beliefs and actions about learning.
