Recently, while a nursery school aide was helping Tim go to the bathroom, she observed red marks and bruises on his buttocks. The nursery school aide showed the marks to Tim's teacher, who concluded that the marks appeared to have been made with a belt. When Tim was asked about the marks, he only replied that they hurt.
