A Mobile Payment Based on-Street Parking Management System

Abstract:

An on-street parking management system based on mobile payment is proposed in this paper, including system goal and major functions, system architecture, system modular diagram, system database structure, and its implementation, which will prompt the application of mobile payment in on-street parking management and reduce the monetary lost in the on-street parking toll collection process.
