Abstract:

In the SI unit system the prefix nanomeans one billionth, therefore 10-9. We can meet nanometers, the size units, more frequently than nanowatts or nanopascals. The study and handling with substance structures in nanometer scale, therefore on atomic and molecular levels are generally known as nanotechnology. Thanks to "natural“ nanotechnology – compilation of material atom after atom and molecule after molecule, new materials with extremely convenient properties are created like for instance mollusk shells or spider silk which the humanity has not been able to artificially produce so far. [1] Nevertheless this can be changed soon.
