Design of Loading Robot Control System Based on PLC

Article Preview

Abstract:

Manpower alone to solve the large quantities of the box-type cargoes loading problem, can not meet the current concept of reducing labor force and improving the environment of the labor, enhancing work efficiency. Analysis of the current loading process, designed a Box-type cargo booster loading robot which uses PLC as the control system, via wireless remote controller to control manipulator to transport cargoes. Through the design of mechanical structure and the application of the frequency converter it can increase accuracy of the robot action and enhance work efficiency.
