기초 중국어 교양 수업의 효과적인 운영을 위한 학습자정보 파악에 관하여

In the classroom with many students, in reality, it is very difficult for teachers to carefully take care of all the students' studies. However, students with high motivation for learning in education and superior learning ability generally show high grades even when teachers use any teaching method. Meanwhile, a learner who teachers need to lead in an effective teaching strategy manner can be a student who is less motivated to learn, has difficulty in studying, and does not show good results. Therefore, in this research, I investigate and analyze students who participated in essential subject classes of basic Chinese in the H university in Kyunggi province in terms of the learning environment and the learning motivation, the degree of learning satisfaction and the degree of learning achievement. Through this, I proposed a method that can be grasped at an early stage and discussed how to interpret and use meaning and significance of the survey results. As a result of the analysis, the learning environments that have much influence on learning achievement are ① the gender ④ the presence of Chinese learning experience ⑤ the attitude at the time of learning Chinese before ⑥ the interest degree felt during previous Chinese learning ⑩ the degree of contact with popular songs of Chinese and it was found that motivation of learning can sufficiently reflect learning outcomes. Therefore, it was confirmed that the hypothesis of “High learning motivation can increase the learning achievement degree” worked. It was also discussed to use the learners’ characteristics when designing the teaching strategy through the analysis of the learners’ learning environment and motivation.
