New Features of Information Disclosure of the Charitable Organizations:from a Perspective of Policy SuggestionChinese Full Text

Abstract: In recent years,the charitable organizations in China are confronted with credit crisis in the era of social transformation and high-speed of technical development.Meanwhile,self-discipline and other-discipline of the organizations are strengthened.Using the methods of case study,literature review and comparison research,this article analyzes the new trend of information disclosure of charitable organizations.Research reveals that the information disclosure of Chinese charitable organizations are transiting from exposing passively to initiatively,from organization standard to the general standard,from focusing on exposure of result to exposure of process,from exposing perceptually to quantitatively.Additionally,the author puts forward some policy suggestions such as constructing the system of standardization of information openness,establishing information database of charitable organizations,and implementing disciplinary mechanism and personnel training system.
