회복마취 간호사의 그릿, 간호실무숙련도가 간호역량에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 회복마취 간호사의 그릿, 간호실무숙련도, 간호역량을 파악하고 간호역량에 영향을미치는 요인을 확인하고자 실시되었다. 연구방법은 전국의 회복마취 관련 부서에서 6개월 이상근무한 회복마취 간호사로 2020년 9월 12일 회복마취 간호사회 비대면 워크숍에 참여자 중 연구목적과 방법을 듣고 동의한 175명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료 분석은 SAS 9.4를 이용하여 independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Person’s correlation coefficient, stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호역량은 그릿((r=.21, =.006), 간호실무숙련도(r=.59 <.001)와 유의한 양의 상관관계를 있는 것으로 나타났다. 간호역량의 영향 요인은 간호실무숙련도(=.51, <.001), 학력은 석사(=.17, =.008), 결혼 유무는 기혼(=-.16, =.011) 순이었으며 요인 설명력은 39.6%였다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로, 회복마취 간호사의 간호역량을 향상시키기 위해 간호실무숙련도를 높이기 위한 전문실무교육 프로그램을 개발 및 적용이 요구된다.

This study was conducted to identify the grit, nursing practice proficiency, nursing competency of perianesthesia nurses and to identify factors affecting nursing competency. this study was conducted with 175 participants at a conference of Anesthesia Nursing Society in South Korea at september 12, 2020. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression using the SAS 9.4 program. Results of the study Nursing competency was found to have a significant positive correlation with grit (r=.21, =.006) and Nursing practical proficiency (r=.59 <.001). the factors that significantly influenced nursing competency were nursing practical proficiency (=.51, =<.001), educational background (=.17, =.008), and marital status (=-.16, =.011). These variables explained 39.6% of the variance in nursing competency. Based on the results of this study, in order to improve nursing competency by increasing the nursing practice proficiency of perianesthesia nurses, it is necessary to develop a professional practice education program to create a learning environment that can provide evidence-based practice through continuous education.
