Security incidents such as corporate industrial technology leaks continue to be significant concerns for both businesses and society. These incidents have often been attributed to internal employees, underscoring the need to enhance employees' security awareness through training. Accordingly, with the purpose of exploring ways to effectively enhance security awareness through education, this study developed a research model based on Baldwin and Ford's Transfer of Training Model. Then, this study collected the data through a survey and analyzed the data using statistical techniques. As a result, it was revealed that both the competence of security training instructors and organizational support have significant effect on attitudes and intentions to comply with security policies. It was also found that the trainees’ self-efficacy plays a mediating role between instructor ability and security policy compliance attitude. This study may have academic significance in that it demonstrates that security education mechanisms can be effectively analyzed by applying training transfer theory, which is rooted in pedagogy. These analysis results and various practical implications discussed in this study are expected to provide useful information and insight in establishing strategies to improve the performance of future security training.

기업의 산업기술 유출과 같은 보안사고는 최근에도 여전히 기업과 사회에서 심각한 이 슈로 제기되고 있다. 이러한 보안사고는 주로 기업의 내부직원에 의해 이루어지는 것으로 지적되어 왔으며, 이에 따라 직원들의 보안의식에 대한 교육 실효성 제고의 필요성이 강조 되어 왔다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 교육을 통해 보안의식을 효과적으로 향상시킬 수 있 는 방안들을 모색하기 위한 목적으로, Baldwin과 Ford의 학습전이 모델을 기반으로 연구모 형을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서는 설문을 통해 데이터를 수집하였으며, 통계적 기법을 사용 하여 데이터를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 본 연구는 보안교육 강사의 능력과 조직차원의 지원은 모두 보안정책 준수 태도와 의도에 유의적인 영향을 미친다는 점과 특히 강사능력과 관련 해서 자기효능감의 매개역할을 실증적으로 입증할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 교육학에 뿌리를 두고 있는 학습전이 이론을 적용하여 효과적으로 보안교육 메커니즘을 분석할 수 있음을 입증했다는 점에서 학술적 의의를 가질 수 있다. 본 연구에서 논의된 분석 결과와 다양한 실무적 시사점들은 향후 보안교육의 성과를 높이기 위한 전략을 수립하는 데 유용한 정보 와 통찰을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
